Great powerful hammer chisel
I bought this for removing some tile which it did easily. I bought the 3-inch wide chisel also which I love. The real test is that I lent it to a contractor working on my house to remove over 300 square feet of concrete tiles. This hammer chisel with the 3-inch chisel powered thru all the tiles mostly popping them up intact. The tiles were in place 35 years and it was easy to get them up. This is a heavy hammer drill, but not expectingly so. Bottom line is that it's a great tool at a great price.

Great value for a hammer drill kit
So far I couldn’t be happier with this hammer drill. It drills into concrete like nothing. It has been making my basement project go much faster than planned and this unit was less money than I would have spent renting a hammer drill. Would highly recommend this product to anyone looking. I have not tried the hammer function since I don’t need it, but I don’t expect it to not function. This kit was very complete, even though I still had to purchase the concrete bit that I needed separately. This drill is easy to use especially with the SDS chuck on it. It appears to be a nice heavy well built piece of equipment.

A little hesitant at the price point, but it did the job and did it well!
This isn't some Milwaukee or Dewalt tool, but it did do the job it advertised. I received the tool, put it together, set it to hammer drill mode, and off to the races it went. It did excellent with the bit I chose, drilled 4 different holes through 50 year old concrete in 2 minutes tops. However, I then went back through those same holes with a slightly larger bit (working my way up to 5/8's), and as I was drilling out the second hole, the bit caught on the concrete and refused to spin, making quite an awful noise in the process. I stopped, pulled the drill out of the hole, and started again. This time it got a little further, but still it caught somewhere in the concrete. It still hammered while caught, but refused to spin the bit (basically switching to hammer only mode). I was a little frustrated, so I pulled the tool back up, switched to hammer only mode, and went back down, try to clear off the sides of the hole from whatever rock or pebble in the concrete that might be catching the bit (or maybe even rebar, I wasn't sure, but didn't see any sparks). After that I switched back to the drill mode, went at it, and it finally quit catching. It caught again in the last hole, so I used the same trick and it worked just fine.Overall, it did the job better than my Milwuakee drill with a hammer function did, and by a long shot. For the price I paid, it made quick work of the concrete and would've done a lot more if I needed it to. A little on the heavier side, but it's completely worth it for the occasional use.

It works great
It works great. It's a bit louder than our other one, but for the price it holds up very well.
