Absolutely Fantastic

I had the unfortunate experience of the AC compressor locking up on my 2018 Tacoma with only 60,000km. A slow refrigerant leak leading to loss of compressor (refrigerant carries the oil, no refrigerant, no oil).I already have a manifold set and vacuum pump for R134 stuff, but needed R1234yf for the Toyota. Threw me off for a minute until I realized the can tap is reverse threaded so people don't mix up the different refrigerant's...even though both off the shelf gasses are propane, what ever...if you are not spending over $150 per can of refrigerant, then you are buying propane, and not the authentic stuff.Gauge set worked great, hoses all connected great, no leaks, gets the job done.

Nice gauge set. A couple things though. First, it would be nice if the kit included a 134a can tap, since this is a gauge set for 134a. If you purchase this set make sure you buy a can tap for 134a. Second, make sure you check all brass fittings. One of the 134a quick coupler brass fittings for the high side had a defective machined taper for the sealing area and it leaked. Just make sure you check them all. This was resolved by OMT after I contacted them. They sent out new brass fittings very promptly. Their customer service after sale was fantastic.

Used it to recharge a dead r134 system. Having the integrated vac line was amazeballs. The white text on yellow background was an odd choice for the yellow line.YOU WILL NEED TO REPLACE THE HOSE SEALS. The included seals are, for some reason, plastic. Yellow Jacket makes some that work well, but are a bit of a tight fit. They come in 10 packs, you need 8. You can destroy up to 2. (I destroyed 1)
