Great GF alternative
This is about as close as you can get to regular bread crumbs. They taste really good and are a great GF alternative.

Used as Filler
I have used these twice in a black bean burger recipe that called for bread crumbs as part of the binder. They have good texture and I was very pleased. I feel as if they would make a good breading/coating but I haven't tried them for that yet. I was glad to find this ingredient and rated it 4 stars only because I feel that price is a bit high for what you get. Quality is excellent. Value for the price is good.

Very Good
I chose this b/c i have a family member that is now Gluten Free. We loved these bread crumbs! I used them for chicken nuggets and putting on top of a green bean casserole and frying onions for the casserole. They worked just like regular bread crumbs and tasted great!

A staple in my pantry!
I love these bread crumbs! I've used them for breading chicken, making homemade mozzarella sticks... all kinds of things. They have good flavor and crunch, and hold up to frying well.

Not crispy
While the photo on the box would make you think this would turn out crispy, it doesn't. I prefer using cornflake crumbs.

great to make your favorite breaded meals
Being gluten free means that you generally have to learn to live with out breaded meals. This product is a great substitute that lets you make breaded seafood or Italian. Maybe just a nice old chicken steak.

Gluten free bread crumbs
I can make meatloaf , meatballs, eggplant parmasan, etc. and stay gluten free! I don't need to change my recipes, just substitue these for standard bread crumbs.

Very easy to use and tasty too. I've made meatballs with it, and have been very satisfied with the result.

Loved these, never run out again
Really loved this item. It's a shame it's out of stock most of the time. Breading with it can be a bit of a hassle but if you add a layer of cornstarch between two layers of egg, it works great. I find it tastes best baked rather than fried but both work. I've even used these to make veggie breakfast hashbrowns (since I can't eat potatoes anymore.) Definitely the best on the market for both flavor and price. 10/10 would recommend. (Note, they don't have much flavor in of themselves, so you might need to spice it up. I can't due to physical illness/limitations, but I also love the taste of dough so the "lack" of flavor doesn't bother me at all.)

Not too bad
Schär makes the best GF "bread crumbs" I've ever had but is difficult to get where I live, so these are an acceptable second. The taste is rather flat, but the crumb size is not bad and it crisps up well when frying. You could also just buy a loaf of Schär's GF white bread and put it through a blender and then toast them a bit.

Taste fine.
Fine for coating fish. Dip in egg first then these crumbs. Fried in butter. Not a bad taste at all. Pleasantly surprised.

Stays Crispy
This is an excellent gluten-free bread crumb. It stays crispy when cooked. You can also grind it for a finer coating. It is not too salty and has a nice, toasty flavour.
