These were cute, HOWEVER
These were cute, HOWEVER, the cones don't have holes in the top. I didn't realize that until I was onsite at my party to set these up on the table and I couldn't put the flags through the top as I had nothing to poke a hole with. A bit annoying.

I cannot believe the quality and quantity for the price! This was a wonderful buy. The were the perfect size and great use for his party theme. They were the perfect color, sometimes the colors don’t match the description. This was fun decorating. The functionality of the item was spot on.
