I purchase these for my paraplegic son, who some times has issues with incontinence at night. He has tried other incontinence protection garments but likes these the best. They do not leak as badly as other, less expensive brands, and the fit is better as well.

I never researched depends when my husband came home from the hospital and Acute Care.Got tired of the various briefs (diapers) and these really absorb more. They're easier to put on, take down to use the restroom.

I love these Depends. I tried other pants and these work better than the others. They keep me dry and comfortable.

The first package of these seemed to work well except for the occasional leak onto the bed pad and the top sheet. They boast of having a gel inside that causes them to hold well, however, the following packages we purchased they didn't hold and urine was on the bed pad and on the top sheet. Even using 2 a night there was always urine on the top sheet. There doesn't seem to be any gel in them. At this point, however, I ordered so many of them that we are going to have to use them. We will try them with the Because pad inserted and see if we get better results.
