I don't combine protein and starch when I eat and I also don't eat any sugar or wheat or dairy. So when I do fall off the wagon and eat something I shouldn't, I like to take enzymes to help digest the mess in my gut. These seem to be working well and I am happy that they also contain probiotics because I know how important the gut biome is for health. The vitamin holder is really small though and of no use to me.

The pill file I received was cheap and flimsy and not as pictured. By paying $32 for the set, I basically paid $19 for the cheap plastic pill file, as I could have bought just the bottle of pills for $13. I do NOT recommend this combination purchase! I have no opinion on the pills themselves yet.

Ordered for my digestive issues. The tablets do not have an after taste and are regular sized. They work well as a probiotic. Helps my gut feel much better and this comes with a case. Will have to continue to use.
