Does what it says. It's good
Easy to use. Great workout you can really feel your tummy muscles you can feel the burn. As they say no pain no gain.I tried doing sit ups with out this and I couldn't do as many this defo helped me. Good buy

The aparatus is pretty easy to assemble - and dead easy to use. I've been using it for about a fortnight and am hoping that, within a few more weeks, I'll be able to get back into my old jeans!
