These pens are SO GOOD

I purchased the 0.38mm micropoint pens. They are magnificent. The lines are sharp, fine, I can write very small and the ball never gums up. I use these pens until they run out, and when I lose one I mourn. When someone at work asks to borrow a pen, I hand them an old bic pen if I don't like them... but if I do like the person, I let them borrow one of these, and I make sure they give it back. I've gotten a few compliments, and one person even asked where he could get a set! Ask yourself, when's the last time someone asked you where you got YOUR pens? They write very well. At first these micropoint pens tend to feel like they scrape the paper a little bit, but the writing is very fine and the ball never sticks (unless you abuse the pen). As you use the pen more, this scraping sensation goes away.I've also used the extra fine point (0.5mm), and treat them in the same manner as these pens. The extra fine point 0.5mm writes like a miracle... very smooth and silky lines. Buuut, after a few weeks the writing on those 0.5mm pens tends to bleed a little bit, and the lines get thicker. That is NOT something I've ever experienced with these micropoint 0.38mm pens. These pens write like a dream, from start to finish.

Favorite pens for work

These are my favorite pens for work.I'm left handed and they do not smudge since they dry quickly. I continue to reorder these pens. I like the thin line they produce.

Superior to the Pilot G2.

I'm a former Pilot G2 fanboy. Used those pens for years. I started having a problem with the fine point tip breaking and leaking ink all over. Thus began my search for the perfect pen. Through much research, and forum surfing, I heard mentioning of a legendary pen called the Uniball Signo. This pen has everything I loved about the G2, with none of the drawbacks. Ink flow is smooth, zero smudging, the .38 tip gives a very fine line and unlike the g2 isn't scratchy or skippy. As an added bonus the white color is rare, pen enthusiasts comment on it regularly, and even during the mundane drudgery of daily life people who use my pen compliment it. I usually get a "wow dude, that's a nice pen." Daily. Cool story bro.But seriously, these pens are awesome.

Some Really Excellent Pens

Excellent pens for note takers. They are comfortable, easy to write with, and dry instantly. I was previously using a mechanical pencil, but it would hurt my wrist because I had to put a lot of pressure to get dark lines. Pens are the way to go. The rubber grip is very comfortable but also not noticeable, so it ends up being a very wonderful writing experience. I believe I got the 0.3mm tip and it writes like a dream. Super thin dark lines. Best pens I’ve gotten.

Very Impressed!

I really like the design of these pens, they are very sleek and modern. I love the structure of them and the combination of the white and grey. I’d say they’re pretty comfortable, although I have yet to really test and write for a more extended period of time to really feel the comfort of them. They are very smooth in writing, you don’t have to put much any pressure at all for the ink to flow evenly. So far, the ink is not patchy at all. It does slightly smudge if you use a highlighter over it, but in my opinion it isn’t too bad. Also the price isn’t bad at all, consider the amount of quality that you are getting. If you think about it, it’s about $2 a pen? That’s kind a steal, I really do love these pens and I’m glad I bought them. One of the best pens I’ve ever tried so far. I was a little surprised at the packing, they were just wrapped in a plastic little bag but thankfully nothing came leaked, cracked or damaged.

Doesn’t smudge for lefties

It writes smoothly. The ink is not sheer. I like how the black ink is a strong hue. It is fine point, and more fine point than the Pilot G2 pens. I like this pen because the ink is fast drying and doesn’t smudge. I am a leftie so that helps a lot.

Love it!

WRITING: All came with seals on the tip. Writes small and precise as expected. Dries quickly and does not smear. Makes for cleaner notes. However, it doesn't glide as smoothly as other pens I've used before. Like the previous reviews mentioned, the pen does feel a bit scratchy when writing. But perhaps that's just a problem with 0.38mm / ultra-fine tipped pens. I haven't used them long enough to test how long the ink lasts.APPEARANCE: I adore white barreled pens. I'm very pleased with the design of the Signo 307! Has a nice checkerboard patter near the clip, a sleek white-transparent gradient approaching the grip, and soft oval-patterned grip with a single flat partition (I assume, for your thumb/index finger). I'm not crazy about the grip's texture, but it works just fine.COST: ~$2.32 per pen. pretty reasonable! not terrible, considering quality 0.38 mm pens are hard to come by for in packs.Overall, pretty pleased with the Uni-Ball Signo 307.
