The chart included is very helpful for placement and the ear seeds are easy to use. Was pleased they lasted several days even through showers. I haven't seen any significant health changes, but also haven't been using them for very long. Excellent price for starting out with this technique!

What a disappointment!! I assumed that these would stick well. I made the mistake of not using them for some time in part because I misplaced them. Just now I tried them for the first time, and when I saw that the first one didn't stick well, I placed another one and then another and another and another. But they just don't stick well no matter where I place them, in my ear or on my forearm. So it's a waste of money. I would recommend you're looking for a better product and keep your fingers crossed.

Not sure how many days it takes to work. But they definitely stick to your ears with no problem. I went and had my first session of acupuncture. So now I'm using the ear seeds as an added extra to that. I'll update my status after I've worn them for about a week or so. But I will say that the tweezers don't work. I have small skinny fingers so I just use them to pull the seeds off of the plastic. No problem!

I see how these could be helpful. But it’s near impossible to get them placed without messing them up and losing them.

Holistic RN showed me where they go and I really have gotten used to wearing them. So when they fall off I’ll replace them / especially in my ears. They do help me with anxiety.
