Like other users I divided it into smaller pieces & froze. I have defrosted & used 2 blocks & they were great. Made pizza dough with one & focaccia with the other. Excellent purchase - please keep offering it.

Yeast arrived well packed and on timeBaked several types of bread with it and can’t fault it. It’s a great yeast and well worth the money .I split it into 23gm pieces wrapped it in clingfilm and froze them . Will buy again

Might seem crazy but it was cheaper to by this 1kg rather thank the 7g my sone needed for his school cooking lesson. Managed to use up as much as we could and shared it with friends.

Weighed up into 25g. Pieces and froze. Freezes very well. Lovely yeast
