I’m writing this after my second dose of ketosene (1 dose per day). I was a bit apprehensive after reading all the reviews complaining about the taste. The first dose the taste was pretty bad but not the end of the world and my test strip showed mild ketosis.Promising.....Next dose was this morning. Strangely enough the taste was kind of ok....not great mind you but not off putting. Even better the test strip showed strong ketosis. I have never got into ketosis so quickly and easily before. I would suggest that you persist with this stuff.I’m a believer and will be buying again.Tip... you don’t taste anything while you’re chugging it down...it’s only after you stop swigging that you get the taste. The worst thing you can do is sip it because you’ll non stop be overwhelmed with the taste. I glug it down with as few comfort stops as possible. Taste becomes hardly an issue that way.

Many similar BHB products are ludicrously overpriced. This one was almost half the price of identical products.Flavor is tolerable for a product that inherently tastes foul, but you'll want to blend it with something else. Ingredient list also seems good - pretty clean product, sweetened with stevia.I can't speak to any of the health claims as of yet. I'm not interested in weight loss, but it did seem to be a bit thermogenic - I was warm all day in a place where I'm usually cold. The nootropic benefits weren't apparent to me either - will update as I have more experience.

First off, let me go ahead to say this is the husband of the owner of this account to save an possible embarrassment. This stuff does work, but it did not work as well as other Keto products. It still gave me the gastrointestinal issues keto products give people, but caused a major headache when it wore off and the taste was atrocious. I am one that doesn't normally care about the taste as long as it does what I want it to do but this stuff was just so bad I had to put it in a review.I gave it three stars because it does work and its cheap compared to other keto products. I cannot think of a worse tasting product though, the headache inducemwnt may just be me because I am more prone to headaches than others.

It gave me a clear head and a positive feeling. If you are sodium sensitive, this has over 1100 mg per scoop, so be aware of that. Not a problem for most people, though. As with all Ketone products, the cost is an issue. At 2 scoops per day, one bottle will last 8 days, which is why I use 1 scoop per day, but if you can afford two scoops, so much the better. I like it well enough to continue using it. I'm 72 and the additional energy is appreciated..

I am incredibly impressed with this product. I've been using an expensive MLM brand of ketones. You know the one. :) I've tried many different brands and all of them have failed miserably, except this. Let's be real, ketones don't taste good, and they are expensive to manufacture. This product tastes amazing. It might be a bit sweet for those who are not a fan of sweet tasting ketones. For now, it taste like a perfect piña colada. It has a little salty aftertaste but it's not a strong taste. I'm blown away by the price, taste, and ability to restart ketosis quickly. I'm definitely purring this on an auto ship order. Very happy.

Works great as measured using a precision Xtra ketone meter. Results of readings first thing in the morning and drink water with 1 scoop of this product (note I try to stay in a mildly ketogenic state most of the time)... .4 upon waking .8 30min after drinking .6 60min after drinking. I think it tastes pretty bad, but I dislike coconut flavors anyway.

Ive purchased this product twice because the container is so small, it only lasts a week taking it 2x a day. I received a decent tasting colada flavored version the 1st time. Mixed with coconut bai - it was actually good! I received electric berry the second order and I can’t do it. My stomach, the pain, the relentless bathroom visits. I don’t know what the difference is but wow. So my overall rating is average. It only produced trace amounts of ketones for me. I probably won’t order again.

The product itself is amazing, very good quality and tastes pretty good. It has helped me tremendously with energy before going to the gym. What I do not like is the price, there are only 16 servings in the container making this a pretty expensive supplement. If you can afford it I would recommend it
