Screen protector is good but customer service provided by the seller is excellent. I definitely recommend it.

I’ve installed many screen protectors over the years, including from this brand, and they’ve been fine.This one was a little odd, and it cost me my first protector and meant the 2nd didn’t go on perfectly.Basically, the instructions don’t relate to the product and this really needs a proper installation kit, such as simple sticky labels to hold in place whilst installing. I had some from a different protector so used them.In its current form, i wouldn’t recommend this product.

This screen protector is truly matte. No shine as stated. Very easy to install without bubbles. Mine has one small bubble, but it’s not on the text part of the screen so it’s no big deal. Shipping took about a month and a half, but it was worth waiting for. Definitely recommend for your Boox Palma.

The bubble cannot be removed from the edges.

It comes with 2 screen protectors. The first one I applied with limited bubbles on the screen but the bottom corner wasn't sticking completely now matter how much pressing I tried like you do to get rid of the bubbles. I then decided to use the second one after trying to re-apply the first one which doesn't work since it won't stick the same after removing it. The second one I tried a bit higher thinking that it wasn't up high enough on the previous attempt. This time though the upper right hand corner was raised so same problem as before. Basically these do not completely fit on the corners. That is a shame but otherwise the matte look is quite nice. Hopefully the raised corner isn't too annoying.

After trying other protectors I’m glad I found this one.It came earlier than expected too!
