This kit is everything you need to continue your stretching journey. Continue is the key word. You’ll need to get from standard earring gauge up to 14 to use this set.Aside from that, the bars are threaded on front and back.I haven’t had any trouble with any pieces coming undone while wearing them.They’re simple, durable, no allergic reaction, pretty great.My only complaint is that it goes straight from 12 to 8.

Exactly what I wanted!

I originally bought these because my guages kept falling out since i lost the rubber stoppers. I woild have just used the rubber versions of these, but i cant seem to fit them in my ear yet. I love them ! I can wear my earings and these guages in at the same time. Im currently at .6g right now (i think).

Had to cut one out of my ear since the item stripped out and wouldn't come out. Will just stick with gages with o-rings.
