It is amazing! I designated my vegetable bin in the fridge… at night , I take it out and put a light sheet on it… it really helps the night sweats… It doesn’t hold the cold … but does stay cool all night! Love it! Oh it seems to be gel filled.. nice!

This is nice to sleep on until it retains all the heat from your body and becomes an oven. In the winter it would be ok. The other issue is I tried to put it under the sheet which didn't work. It starts sliding off the bed.

Definitely helped in my pregnancy to keep me cooled down at night. Still would wake up with the pad warm and sweaty sometimes.

Maybe I did something wrong but it doesn’t get cold at all, I put it in the freezer for 2 hours and it stayed cold for 40 minutes. How am I supposed to use this?

Other than the fact that it's a little bit heavy, it is a LIFESAVER in the middle of the night when the hot flashes hit! It's large enough to cover my whole torso plus part of my legs, something the smaller ones I've used over the years didn't do. I wish there were a lighter version to throw in my suitcase for travel, because this one would take up too much of my weight allowance, but I understand that "the weight" is the stuff that makes it work.

Love being able to cool down n the middle of the night when the mattress gets too hot just put this out and fall back blissfully to sleep because it chills you back down, I need to get. Another one because once they absorb heat it takes a while for it to chill again so I recommend two of them for a full night of chill sleeping

The light blue mat has a strong awful smell. The smell triggers my asthma.

We returned it. Although it cooled the body, the used became very hot again in just a few mi utes. Couldn’t sleep on it.
