I use this candle in the kitchen of my office and I can't tell you how many compliments I've gotten. The scent is beautiful but the scent throw is also excellent! You can smell these babies for miles!

The jar is very attractive and the scent of this candle is what makes the Christmas holiday season so special. I just adore the scent of balsam and this candle has one of the best balsam/fir based scents I have smelled. Said that, I am not sure why the listed price is so steep.

First thing to know is, DO NOT PICK IT UP BY THE LID ! This candle would make a wonderful gift. It came very well packaged, in a giftable box. I could smell the lovely aroma before I even opened the lid of the candle. I made the huge mistake of trying to take the candle out of its box by the lid. I got it just high enough to fall to the floor when the lid came free from the candle. The candle did hit the floor but did not break. Nice thick glass, for which I am greatful for and also impressed by its quality. After the candle has been used the glass jar will still be perfectly useful and decorative. As I stated at the beginning of this review is this candle had a very lovely fragrance, which is why I buy scented candles in the first place, the scent. This is the first candle by LA JOLIE MUSE that I have had. I will definitely be looking out for more, as this candle burned well and I could smell its fragrance throughout my home, and enjoyed it very much.

Quality candle at a fair price! Scent is strong and rivals some of the candles at Anthropologie. Wick is appropriately sized to the jar - the top layer had completely melted within 2 hours on the first lighting.Nice thick glass container, lid fits snugly and secure. Will be a nice jar to re-use after candle has burnt out!

I have ordered a few candles made by this company and I must say the quality and scents are wonderful! This one (Fir and Cedarwood) smells like a winter wonderland/pine forest and I am LOVING it. The glass container looks incredible on my entryway table and I love it so much I am ordering more of these. IT burns clean and smells great without bothering my very sensitive nose. I am sensitive to synthetic fragrances and these candles do not bother me at all. They really have nailed the gorgeous vessel and great candle combo.

Love the candles. as soon as I opened the package I can smell all the strong pine fragrance coming out of the candle. Love the size and the design of the jar and especially the color and the lid. I can't wait to light up this candle in December and enjoy all the christmass vibes!

This is an attractive candle that is made to burn for a long time by using quality ingredients. The one I got had a very mild smell, too mild. May as well be unscented, but then I wouldn't have ordered it. There is a faint pleasant smell when first lit. Still, it is as described and works and looks good.
