This device is extremely useful and has saved me a lot of trouble. It jump-started my car effortlessly when my battery died, and I was surprised at how powerful it is for its small size. The battery provides enough power to start my 5L engine without any problems. The built-in torch is also very handy, especially in emergencies or when working in the dark. Plus, the power bank feature is great for charging my phone or other devices while on the go. It’s lightweight, portable, and easy to use, making it great to keep in the car.

This multi function charger/starter is really well presented, having it's own hard shell case and a drawstring bag.The main unit looks like a really chunky torch (which is one of its functions) but has a silicone flap at the bottom which can be peeled back to reveal charging ports and power ports.The unit arrives fully charged, as evidenced by 4 blue lights, so is ready to go.The torch needs a long press of the on button to switch it on. It has two levels of brightness, a SOS mode and strobe effect. It has a powerful, wide beam to really cut through the darkness.It can also be used as a power bank, for your devices and to jump start your car. The crocodile clips are independent of the unit and just plug in at the bottom. They have a green and red flashing light, to indicate they are powered and there is a small LED bulb, to help you use these in the dark.There are no instructions in the box, these can be accessed by scanning a QR code.Overall it's an impressive bit of kit, the only negative being the price. At £129.95, at time of review, it is pretty pricey for an item you will only need in an emergency - however if/when that emergency arises it becomes priceless.....

This is a great jump starter, that does exactly as you want, when you want, or more importantly when you need.I have tested this on 2 petrol cars, an old BMW 325 and a 1.4 Vauxhall Meriva, worked like a charm. I had wondered if it would start the BMW with it having a larger 2.5 engine, but no issues at all.If you have older cars like us then this could be a real life saver, no more waiting around with jump leads hoping another driver comes along to help, and asI am often working in very rural locations then this will be kept fully charged in my car boot.Also of course this has a torch function and can be used to charge your phone or any other USB device.You also get a nice sturdy case to keep this safe and cleanThis really is a great charger, you might not ever need it, or maybe not need it for weeks or months, but when you need it you really need it.Top quality and highly recommended

I have been in situations before where for reasons like colder weather, old battery or faulty electricals, the car will simply not start and I had to rely on friends or had to call recovery which meant extra money spent just to get a jump start.Same has happened again, and I am not sure what the reason behind it was, but this time I had my own jump starter and I didn't have to struggle to get some help.It is quite small and weighing just a bit more than a similar size power bank so in that respect it is very portable.I have used it on a diesel engine without any issues.It is very easy to use and I am confident that even my wife can use it, saving me lots of headaches.Simply connect the cables to the battery terminals by matching the colours and then start the engine.I personally leave the jump starter connected to the battery for 5-10 minutes or so before trying to start the car.The jump starter has multiple uses, it can be used as a torch or power bank to charge my devices making it also versatile.This has saved me a lot of stress in delicate situations.

I am impressed with this product as it delivers a lot more than just a power bank. There are many, many power banks that have built in torches and 10,000mAh, 20,000mAh internal storage that can charge the latest smart phones numerous times from one full charge. It is a bit heavy compared to other types of power banks but then again it is made with a metal casing rather than cheap plastic.This product may only have a 8,000mAh capacity but it's what it can do that makes it so good. The torch has two beam levels, a SOS function and a strobe so it's great for night time breakdowns where one might have to walk a distance or warn other traffic. Next is the power bank itself, it's enough to fully charge a smart phone at least 1.5 times.Now for the best two bits about this product. The first of the best bits is that it has a small jump lead to get one started with a depleted car battery. The second of the best bits is that it comes with a cigar lighter USB adapter, for those that don't already have one. So, whilst driving one can be charging this up from the energy created by the engine. Whilst charging this up one can also be charging one's phone through it.So, should one stop and suddenly find the car won't start then it's likely that one has enough to jump start the car and have a functional smart phone to call for assistance if needed.This product is something that can be very useful, especially during winter months and it comes with a case so it can be conveniently left in the car.I am recommending this product as it is good quality and is good value when considering it can cost more for a recovery truck to assist a flat battery
