I have to say that the bar shampoo and conditioner are a game changer. They last so much longer. The liquids you end up using so much product that you don't need. With the bar, once lather appears, you can put it down and work it in. You done have to guess so much on amount. They say they last for about 2 liquid bottles. For long hair it's about 2 months of washes. I wash my hair 2 times weekly. So that gives you and average of a bar washes. Oh and my hair is just below my mid back.

I have used this product 3 to 4 times since purchased. I think I love it. My hair feels clean and it seems to get the hair product buildup out very nicely. My hair is shoulder length and on the thicker side. I have troubles with it frizzing out, but I feel this product has calmed the frizz. It feels soft and manageable.
