Great leg workout for older adults. The elliptical machine is quiet and lightweight. Easy to use. I love the 15 speed choice. Great machine for the price. It fits on my shelf for easy storage. Very sturdy well-made machine, i love the wireless remote to start, stop and change speeds and direction and show any other information, distance, etc. I have been using machine every day for about a month with great results. My knees feel a lot better and has really helped reducing the swelling in my feet, ankles and legs. I would highly recommend this machine to anyone that needs to exercise legs without having to walk long distances.

Works great! Convenient and well built! Very quiet! Would be great if it had a built-in holder for the remote control as it is rather small and easily misplaced! Overall a great product for a reasonable price!

I highly recommend the Fousae under desk elliptical, it is indeed the best. At 74 years old, my knees were begining to bother me. I was able to gently exercise in a relaxed environment in the comfort of my home. The easy pedaling is smooth. The remote control is convenient. Exercising is less stressful. As my knees are beginning to feel better, I am able to increase my speed while simultaneously minimizingthe impact on my joints and muscles.I highly recommend this unit. Lets all move towards a healthier tomorrow together.

I used this daily for 3 months in order to give a fair, unbiased review. This is a wonderful device! I have much better range of motion in my foot and ankle after going through surgery! I can walk again now because I used this to loosen up my joints and improve circulation. Thank you soo much for the great value for my money!
