Sadly its DEAD - Purchased FEB( 2025) worked fine till June ( 2025) then it DIED
A sad story turns out Very Good 👍My KIWI Product died after 4 months. I contacted customer service, but KIWI customer service sucks. The product didn't last. Customer service claimed they couldn't find my Amazon order number, which I clearly had. It was upsetting.Eventually I was contacted by a technician named Joey who made everything right. Thank goodness KIWI has Joey. They went over the top to ensure my satisfaction and have earned my trust and loyalty!Thank you KIWIThank you Joey 😃

Comparing the H4 with the K4 (spoiler alert, H4 wins)
First off, I will say that no matter what head strap you get, you will have some pressure on your head. The choice is, however, whether you want that pressure mostly on your face (K4) or mostly on your forehead and a little bit on your face (H4)?Personally, I prefer the pressure on my forehead as it is more tolerable for me. That is why I prefer the H4, and returning the K4. With the H4, I feel that I have more adjustment options. Many reviewers stated that the H4 is too loose, especially when compared to the K4, however, I feel that the H4 was plenty stable. Additionally, you can configure this headset to press against your face as well, to give you that K4 feel if you enjoy those super intensive and workout apps. However, for all games I played (shooters mostly) I was able to adjust the H4 with minimal pressure on my face and still able to react quickly and look around quickly in the game without feeling the headset was loose. With the K4 that I used exclusively for about a week, I would get painful pressure on my cheeks within about 20-30 minutes. This also affected my ability to close one eye when aiming snipers and would fatigue my face rather quickly. This happened even when I tried to put as much pressure as possible on the top strap of the K4 to shoulder as much of the load as possible. I do appreciate though that the K4 has a more "integrated" charging cable, where the H4 cable pretty much just goes from the battery pack to the Quest externally. But this is such a minor detail that has no affect when the headset is on.Another win for the H4 is that you are able flip up the headset without any adjustments and see your surroundings when in a game, something that you cannot do in the K4 as the pressure on your face is what keeps the Quest on. The battery seems to be the same on both, and adds about 2-3 more hours to the headset for a total of about 4-5 hours. Another positive (for both the H4 and K4) is that the charging input is at the back and bottom of the head strap making it easier to enjoy the Quest 3 while charging, as opposed to coming out the side of the Quest 3.Ultimately, I personally feel the halo style head strap is much more comfortable, allowing for longer play sessions without much discomfort.

Works with the Globular Cluster Facial Interface (and seems pretty decent so far)
I've only just received my H4 Boost, but I wanted to clear something up for those that have the magnetic Globular Cluster facial interface. This strap does, in fact, work with the Globular Cluster facial interface. Rufus is wrong about that. The GC bracket must be mounted without any magnetic inserts or cushion frames before installing the H4 Boost. once the front clip is installed on the bar that the velcro strap normally goes around, it's dead simple to complete the installation.Other than adjusting and testing fitment, I haven't spent any time gaming with the H4 Boost, so I'm giving it a mostly positive review based on very initial observations and comfort. I'll update this once I've had some time to spend with it.

You need this and don’t know it
First of all its battery is fantastic, I was able to put it on in less than a minute. The head strap is very comfortable compared to the base one.

Comfortable. Long lasting battery.
Box was damaged, received a small refund on the item. The item itself was fine and works great! Very comfortable. The battery + charged headset lasts 3+ hours, depending on whether you are streaming or using the headset to play.

immediately disappointed
Immediately disappointed. The moment I put the head strap on, I knew I made a huge mistake buying this product. Most of the reviews mention crappy quality and I chalked it up to poor use, but it really does feel cheap. The worst part for me is the head strap does NOT hold the quest 3 in place WHAT SO EVER. If you use this head strap, you run the risk of the headset flying off. It does not have a secure fit at all.Now I have to do the hassle of figuring out how to return the product for a full refund, and shipping it back, or just call it an $80 loss…

Pressure feeling on back of head
This seems like a great device with a built in battery as well. However, right from the start, I'm feeling a lot of pressure on the back of the head near the base where it makes contact. Seems like all pressure from face is transferred there.Hopefully there's an adjustment setting else I won't be able to use this and hopefully can return it.The built in battery is nice for 3+ hours claimed but haven't been able to validate. Also, when you put the unit away, it continues to supply power to the MetaQuest3 which consumes battery and I can see the green light is on on the unit.Maybe an on/off manual switch would have helped better. It seems useful and easily puts on and off and has a few adjustment angles but the pressure issue remains. The strap feels nice and the weight does not seem a lot when I hold it so it is good. However, I'm not yet sold on it.Will update review in case I find a solution.
