Pillow is comfortable and does adjust to your head and neck. Does help and has shown improvement on back and neck pain which has mostly.gone away!

Pillow is heavy and solid. Ability to remove some filing and adjust firmness makes it easy to tailor the firmness to suit your needs. My wife had knee replacement and uses it to keep her knees from pressing on each other.

This pillow is so soft and comfortable. Love that it actually is a big pillow and is true to the "king size" description. I slept so easily with this pillow and woke up feeling completely relieved. I have been using it for a while now and it shows no sign of depressing or deflating. I believe this pillow is an environmentally conscious product as well. Arrived really quick. The pillow came air sealed/shrunk so it did take some time for it to inflate again after opening it up. But WOW talk about a comfortable pillow! Recently I've been experiencing a lot of neck pain since I've started doing a lot of work at a desk. No pillow at home can help sooth the pain and I end up waking up everyday with a sore neck causing headaches. I knew I had to invest in a new pillow and I'm glad I came across this one, something that finally works! The size is HUGE, but most of all it provides great support for my head because the foam essentially makes it customized. The foam sinks in quick so you can fall asleep right away. For anyone else that has neck pain, I would recommend this item.

Buying pillows online always comes with a lot of risk since you're not able to feel it before you buy. The mastery mart pillow caught my eye due to it's reasonable price which wouldn't hurt me if it turned out to be a dud. Luckily for me, anything would probably be better than my current pillow that's probably a year past its best by date!I'm very happy with my purchase. For its price, I got a queen sized memory foam pillow and a nice bamboo cover. You have the ability to change the firmness of the pillow by taking out it's filling.When I first got it, due to the vacuum seal, it was lumpy. But as suggested, I let it air out for an hour or so and it's now nice and full and it's extremely comfortable. Really great value!

I purchased this pillow a few weeks ago as I was intrigued by the bamboo elements to it. It takes some adjusting to get it right but overall this pillow works very well at fixing some of the neck issues I've been experiencing with my traditional pillows. The pillow is hard when its cold, but as soon as you place your head on it, it molds to comfortably fit your head and neck. Its also very easy to reposition and fold in half, in case you need to prop your head up. For the price and technology, you can't go wrong.

Right out of the package it starts to decompress. At first, I thought that there was not enough shredded foam but after about a week it fully expanded and that's when I started to take out some shredded foam to adjust it. Took a few nights to fine tune it, I took out about 1/3 of the shredded foam and it's just right for me. Very smushy, your heads sink right in but there is still a lot of support. Recommended.

I have had my issues with pillows hand picked by my wife all those for years, this time I decided to take matters into my own hands :)I bought this particular product as it's adjustable, I always have issues with pillows either too high or too low, I took this one through three adjustments to get the perfect size.The material looks nice and feel is great. Packaging was very intuitive too.Highly recommended.
