I bought these to use as mouth tape, after the last brand I bought was no longer available. These are 100x better. It is flexible material that doesn’t come off if I slightly open my mouth in my sleep (the other brand would pop off and wasn’t able to be restuck). This is also breatheable so I feel I can still breathe out through my mouth. If I need a drink in the middle of the night, I can peel back the tape, take a drink, and then reattach this tape. And LASTLY WHAT I LOVE MOST: I can apply chapstick before bed and this tape is larger than my mouth, so it doesn’t matter that my lips aren’t dry. The last brand wouldn’t stick if I had chapstick on. 10/10. Would recommend.

I started off buying some expensive mouth tape for my daughter but quickly found this brand when I was in a bind needing more pretty quickly. Side note-if you are a mouth breather and struggle with anxiety, look into mouth taping! My kid and now my husband use it every night and both report better sleep and my daughter reports calmer moods that I can see as well. Stays on well but doesn’t hurt coming off and does not leave a residue like the pricier brand I started with.

These work great for my husband. He says they help with his breathing and he doesn’t wake up with a dry throat anymore. I love them because now he doesn’t snore in my ear! Hahaha

I've been using mouth tape for a couple years, and these are the best I've used. They stay in place all night, and pull off easy. Another brand I had were hard to get off, and one time I pulled a small piece skin off my lip. That was the end of those for me. Hope this brand stays the same.

Ideal for people who snore or are mouth breathers when sleeping. One downside is that it can be somewhat difficult to get these to stick if you have facial hair.
