Too strong a resistance for what I needed
Way too heavy resistance. I returned it

Too much resistance
Way too much resistance. I'm going to return it. Not even sure a guy will be able to get it to stretch over their head. Not enough flexibility.

Quality not there to last
The media could not be loaded. As you can see the band broke after using it to use for a lat pull down. Not sure how long they should last but surely a long long time.Not impressed! Got lucky it missed my eyes when it snapped.
