Voltage is boosting but amps are not boosting

Step up buck converter working as expected ..
Step up buck converter working as expected.. I am using it to make variable bench supply from 12 to 90 volt dc with variable current ..However the minimum current cannot be below 2.5 amp if using input power of 12 volt 10 amp
