GREAT GIFT!!
I bought this marrow spoon along with the recommended book "BONES" as a Christmas gift for my son-in-law. He likes to make osso buco and the best part of that is the marrow.I know very few people have a marrow spoon so I looked it up on Amazon and found one.It is a pretty neat tool and a conversation piece.MY son-in-law loved it.I am a kitchen gadget collector myself and I plan on getting one for myself later on. I also love osso buco and I can use my marrow spoon when my son-in-law makes it.The marrow spoon was a very nice quality and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for something for the cook who has everything.

Great little gadget - fast and excellent service when purchased through Amazon.Just wish the price was a bit less. Very substantial, butI didn't need it to be silver plated, stainless would have done the same job for much less.

not sterling, but very nice
I could not afford to buy a sterling silver spoon, so I decided to get this one. It's beautiful and well made for the cost.
