Flat branch tips
Very disappointed after unboxing, the branch tips are not well rounded as they appear on the promo pictures.

It is gorgeous!
We set this up today. Quick and easy. Fluffs really well. The variety of materials makes it very full. The lights are bright and well placed.Also, I have an allergy to most real trees, and the materials used for most artificial trees causing itching and hives. I have had no reaction to this tree and that is very refreshing.

Okay but lacking quality.
Product is somewhat pretty however I’ve already had a few of the branches break in half while attempting to fluff. There are tons of lights to hide the slight imperfections. All in all it’s an okay tree. Not happy with the shape because some of the larger branches stick out oddly. I spent an hour trying to fluff the tree and it looks good except for the few odd branches.

Pine cones are green
This is a great looking tree but the pine cones on it are green instead of white flocking. I would have sent it back to exchange it for a different one in hopes that the pine cones would be white, but with it being so close to Christmas I didn’t want to hassle with it. You can’t see the green pine cones from a distance so overall it’s a nice tree.

Very pretty
I think the tree was really nice. Was easy to assemble. Looked thin at first but after a bit of fluffing and decorations added it was nice and full and very pretty.

About 10 inches Smaller Than advertised
This is a very pretty tree; I have to say that. It's easy to shape so it has no spaces. However, It is about 10 inches narrower than 31 inches. I don't understand how this could be written up at that size, it's a gross innacuracy.

Love the tree
This is a great looking tree and i was happily on how easy it was to put together and fan out the branches. A nice touch was that on the power block between each section of the tree the connector had extra sockets. This came in very useful as the tree topper plugs into this. There were spaces for a couple more plugs to fit in different locations.I love this feature as we have the tree connected to a smart socket and only need the one to control the whole tree,
