Works great
Bought to replace a lock and key system. Instructions included a template for drilling which was brilliant. Great to have easy access from inside and security from the garage.

The locks were fitted in July 2024 all 6 no have failed not fit for purpose light use only . i ONLY ADDED ONE STAR BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT LET ME ADD ZERO

Good design and good quality simple to fit
I have had two the similar locks and sent them back.i loved this one it is so easy to set up and use. It was easy and quick and well worth the extra money

Sturdy lock
This is a very sturdy lock and safes is all needing keys the handle makes it easy to use

Much easier access - handle can be placed at 0, 90, 180, 270 degrees
We had the same product with a twist to open fitting. This is so much easier to open especially if it's windy. Access from the private side is just like opening any other door in the property. The handle can be fitted in any one of four positions 0, 90, 180, 270 degrees.

Difficult to install
The lock is difficult to install and the instructions are unclear. I have ended up not being able to use it and cannot return it because it is after the return window. Waste of money.

Do not buy it
Fitted this too my door. There is no hold back function or anyway to latch the door open.Also can not be opened for the inside.Basically it will lock you into any room and can’t get out.Ideal for Joseph Fritzel style basement conversion.Obviously I’ve ruined a door with this.
