This is a good product. There are not many options so you will have to buy this. But I use this everyday because I am a singer and I clear my throat for vocal excercises. I use this every morning and till now I have not faced any issues. very easy to use and quickly gives vapours. Thanks

The product is good and useful enough but it stopped working within a month. Seems it's electrodes/plates are damaged. The wire and all other contacts are ok..

Dear AMAZON Team,The product quality is very badPerformance is also not good when it's is boiling water and splitting on face it's very dangerous ....Cable quality is Very bad 😞 for first use only got very hard I thik in 4-5 use it will get break it seems...Safety measures not taken by manufacturer...Cost also bit High for the quality.....Mainly because they know they bad quality so they disabled return and replacement.....Advice to customer : Ple don't buy this product, search for better one ....Note for manufacture : Please improve product on safety side and quality side just getting done the work is not ok with at least 90% safety measures should have take, some control' for heating should have kept, Ple don't sell cheap products, Ple kindly improve....

I bought it for 440 /- rupees but with in 2 days its price gets down to 349/- rupees I want to return it. But it shows as no return. I observed some plastic smell while using it.

Fantastic , i am asthmatic and always suffer from heavy colds and coughs this time of year , this provides some really welcome relief and lasts a good few hours , personally i just use some olbas oil with it .
