Good fit

For about three years, I've been without an armrest lid in my 2007 Audi A4. I previously purchased two with both not fitting. Although I returned one of the armrests I'm thinking of just keeping the second one only because I have to return it to Hong Kong and having experience in the past with mailing to Hong Kong, it looks like mailing it for a refund will cost more or the same than the product itself. Getting back to the product at hand. I was skeptical if this would even work because of some reviews but to my surprise, it worked. It looks very similar to the original armrest that came with the car but the one drawback of the nearly exact copy is that the two hinges will most likely break off as was the case with the original armrest. First one hinge broke off, followed by the locking mechanism. And if that ever did happen, I can just reorder one but I don't see that happening if at all, for a very long time. Very well satisfied for with it.

I don't know how poorly the OEM is constructed, as the mere fact someone needs to make aftermarket replacements. This replacement seems to fit well, at a fraction of the price. I will probably buy another color just to customize.

Did not fit, length/width not the same as original armrest. Mounting arms are thin/weak compared to original. See comparison picture: original on left and new on right.

Called up the dealer and they wanted 220$ for an armrest. Found this replacement and for the price I find that it’s even better than oem. Took 5 seconds to instal. Great product overall.
