I bought these probiotics not knowing what to expect as I hadn’t used probiotics before. These are amazing! I will say it took about a week for me to fully notice a difference. These pills make you regular. Also I don’t feel bloated with these pills. When I eat something that would upset my stomach before it doesn’t get that way anymore for instance if I drank milk in the morning before my stomach would get upset or if I ate wings. I couldn’t be more impressed with these and I don’t see myself ever stopping taking these. I feel better in general. I haven’t had stomach cramps at all with these and I would get them once a week or so before. I was taking fiber pills before and they were not as effective plus they would hurt my stomach if I took the recommended amount. There is No need for fiber with these.

This product is amazing! I had an extended illness (5 months) with antibiotics. Needless to say, my digestive tract was not functioning. After starting TruBiotics I began feeling better, had less problems with diarrhea, gas and bloating. It has been 4 months since I started taking Tru Biotic every day and I can say I feel normal again. I still occasionally bloat if I have too much dairy, but it is easily remedied.One pill a day and it works. I tried several probiotic brands before without getting results. I would recommend adding some enzyme product to your daily routine if a particular food group still gives you trouble. I use Rainbow Light Advanced Enzyme System at meal times with great success.I'm not sure if Bayer has an enzyme product on the market, if they do, I'd check that out as wellBest wishes for a happy tummy!

Started taking TruBiotics several years ago for IBS. This is one of the few probiotics that help, not too strong and not too weak, just right. Helps to reduce stomach issues and helps me to make it thru the day.

For what it’s supposed to do it’s very good at it.I never heard of a probiotic before and tried a few before this one and I can’t explain it but I felt better after taking Trubiotics different from the other one’s I tried.I have no scientific papers for you just a gut feeling haha there’s a thousand of these things this one works for me that’s all

I’m a little disappointed that these expire within six months of receiving them. There are 60 pills and I really only take them when I’m on antibiotics so not that often. Just be aware that they expire within six months when you receive them.

This product is a game changer! For years I have dealt with an upset stomach not wanting to ever go out to eat without a bathroom near by. But since taking this supplement daily I have had no stomach issues!

Been using these for years really helps with bloating

I take one daily and I believe it truly has helped keep my body healthy. I have been very healthy my entire life and just this past year I found that I was getting cold like symptoms more often than I can remember. After a long bout with strep throat (3 rounds of antibiotics), I started taking these daily. Its been several months and given a pretty demanding schedule that includes daily exercise, I feel like myself....healthy.
