Works better than others I’ve tried
Comparable to Bulletproof, which is what I was taking, but the price kept raising each month. I went looking for another version but all of the others I found had much smaller doses of each vitamin. This one had the same amount (and same types vitamin K) and it contained six months worth of capsules for the same price! Happy to have found Codeage.

Notes on Color and Use
Since COVID, I have been struggling with vitamin D deficiency. This supplement is my last stop before my doctor insists on prescription strength. I wanted to try an A-D-K supplement because of the interplay between these vitamins. If you are taking it for similar reasons, there are some things you should keep in mind.Firstly, I have seen people complaining about inconsistency in color. It's quite possible that they changed their Vitamin A source. Retinyl Palmitate is a plant-derived vitamin that is pale yellow to orange in color. There is some natural variation the intensity which will show in the final product.Also, bear in mind that all of these vitamins are fat soluble. That means they need to bind with fats to be effective. Since the capsules contain powder rather than oil, they should be taken with food. I, personally recommend avocado, but anything with enough available fat for the powders to mix with in the stomach will do.Lastly, you should not take a supplement of more than 2500 IU Vitamin D daily unless advised to do so by a doctor. Vitamin D toxicity can cause serious issues. Only take the vitamins you need, at the dosage required, for the duration advised.
