Installed this valve on my 1992 Jeep Yj 2.5l 4 cyl. Ended up installing on the sending fuel line , because my Jeep has a start up issue with the check valve in the fuel pump. Pretty sure it went bad , so this is a great alternative got some 5/16 fuel line and hose clamps to finish the job and my Jeep starts up fast and easy every time now, no issues starting. It would have a long crank time after driving around for a while and would stall or take a lot of time to start back up. I replaced everything you could think of and sure enough it was the valve in the fuel pump, instead of dropping it I used this instead. Works great ! I would highly Recommend this for any ones car or Jeep that has the same issue as mine. Saved me a lot of money and time, and you can even look up a DIY on YouTube, just type in Jeep Yj fuel line check valve. Hope this helps !

Seems to be high quality machined aluminum and has been working great for about a month. Installed it as a vacuum break on pneumatic line which is probably not intended purpose but hey it works. Check opens with very little pressure and springs closed under normal condition. Somewhat restrictive so it may reduce flow on a weaker pump but not excessively. I will definitely buy more of these for various projects.

I bought this and installed in the fuel line as close to the fuel tank as I could. It was a perfect fix for the check valve leaking in my YJ fuel pump inside the tank. It would crank awhile until the fuel primed the lines after it sat awhile. I installed this valve in and it cranks right up everytime now.

The check valve works well for several months but then starts to leak the water back thru the valve after the condensate pump shuts off. This allows the water to drain out of the tubing and back into the condensate pump.

We have a dehumidfier draining into a small pump for the basement. It was running too much, so adding this in line prevented water from dumping right back into the tank. Hopefully it lasts because it works great right now!

I used this spliced in just before my 8” diffuser stone that’s supplied by a 3/8” air line 125’ long and sitting in 13’ of water.I noticed the air pump was straining to push all the water out of the line when the air pump came on and the pressure of that water being pushed through a diffuser cracked the side of it.Installing this valve solved it instantly, when the air cuts off the pond water is locked out by the valve.

Went from having to use the prime bulb for every start, to almost never having to use the primer bulb. The check valve in the riser from the tank is missing, so I installed this check valve inside the motor housing and now I always have fuel in the bowls. Perfect.

Just remember 12mm is not a 1/2", you'll need to tighten down pretty hard when using 1/2" tubing to make a good seal.

It seemed good quality and prevented any backflow.
