Works like a charm, used it to pack 10 50lbs+ bags and it held them together perfectly. It is soooo much tape too! All for less than the price of my morning coffee :D I wish they had a slit to pull the tape through so it wouldn't move around as much while taping stuff but it's not a deal breaker I've gotten used to it. 3M products, highly recommend always

The tape is great. The design to cut is horrible. I just use my scissors. I am no stranger to shipping tape and metal piece that suppose to cut the tape just keeps coming off before it actually cuts it. This was on the first try. Maybe the tape is that durable. but either way very annoying. Maybe I got a defective one. No way to really tell.

Very good product.. dependable... nice to have on hand ! Only issue is I can never figure out how to make the dispenser work correctly... it’s confusing but I just do it my own way
