Been using these when I'm working from home for a few months now. No issues. Sound quality ok. Comfortable and adjustable.

I needed a cheap headset for work and this did the job. There are a couple of issue, one of which is that the mute switch doesn’t seem to work anymore after only 2 months and the other that the boom comes very close to the face so you have to position the headset so it doesn’t rub on your cheek.

I absolutely love this product as they are exactly what I need for my online teaching. I like how sturdy they feel and how the microphone fits on my face. However, I purchased my first pair at the start of August and by the end of August the jack had broken and I was unable to use them due to one headphone working and a reduce in sound for the other person. I have purchased another pair as they seem to be the only one that does gives me flexibility in my arms and I like how they feel. I recommend them, but I also have to say that they may not last long and they may become a regular purchase.

Adjustable mic volume - noticed if you catch the wire as you talk that it drops out and causes people at the other end not to hear you, however good value, hence 4*

I have got through several headsets over the years. Seems good value for money. Microphone quality is excellent compared to others I have tried which sound muffled and wooly.Headphones are good with decent enough quality. The cushions rest on the ear and are confortable and do reduce the background noise.Good thing is the mic can swivel up to protect it during transit. The volume and mute buttons worked on (Win 10 + Teams).
