Comfort first!
The inverts are great! They snugged up the fit of my shoe so there is no movement and they feel much more sturdy.

Best Ever
These definitely deserve a 5 star review. Had to wear new heels all day. They were a little big so I wanted some inner soles so foot wouldn't slide, they did the job!!! But not only that, I felt like I was wearing tennis shoes, so comfortable and cushioning. Love them

Not great
Very thick and the ball pad gave me a blister after just 3 hours of wear. The heel ones are better but need to be trimmed as they sit very high on your upper heel.

Used for heel portion of my wedges. I bought a half size too large in the shoe so the cushion filled in nicely.

Flight attendant review
I was looking for something to tighten one of my heels that randomly got a bit loose. I wear opaque tights and these do not work for that. The glue that sticks it to the shoe is not the best. Whenever I put the shoe on the back heel one folds and I have to readjust it constantly. It slips and there's really no grip.

These did not really help with the comfort of my shoe or the slip resistance if anything it made them more slippery when my feet started to sweat .
