Excellent product and customer service! When my board arrived it was damaged but I reached out to the company and they sent me a new one and I didn’t have to return the damaged one!! Highly recommend this company and their whiteboards!!

Update: Seller guided me and helped to fixing the problem.You cannot carry this board around easily as the mechanism to make the board stand and then dissemble is very difficult

This item arrived in disarray: front panel of cardboard carton entirely torn away, items taped into place, markers broken and leaking ink, assembly instructions missing - but there was a note from the manufacturer saying, and I'm paraphrasing slightly "whiteboards are often broken during shipping; please contact us for replacement". And yes, the whiteboard was broken in half. Not sure who owns this, but someone taped everything together and said "ship it". Will not take the chance on ordering from this manufacturer in future.
