No other brand will do
I grew up in Lennep, about 30 minutes from Solingen, and bought my first knives at the actual factory. By now I have the full series of Professional S. This knife was purchased as a Christmas gift to my stepdaughter and should last a lifetime, as my knives do. Just have them professionally sharpened evey year or so.No other knives will do.

The perfect knife
This is my second one of these after my kid destroyed the handle after 15+ years. Comes very sharp, fits my hand and can handle dang near any job.

2nd Purchase - Love it!
I have a Wustof Trident knife. I saw somewhere that the Zwilling brand is basically from the same manufacturer and has all the same features (full tang, non-slip handle, etc.) - I buy the Santoku type knife - I have both the 7" and the 5" and honestly, the 5" is way better. Easy to handle, great for everything - I really don't even use the 7". Anyway, learning that they are both from the same company and the Zwilling being significantly less expensive than the Wustof Trident, I bought the Zwilling for my dad who loves to cook but had a drawer full of horrible knives. He LOVES it - I'm so glad I purchased it for him. Now, my son, who is 33 years old and finally cooking for himself, has asked for a knife from Christmas. The same day he asked for it, I purchased the Zwilling again. I can't wait until Christmas so I can give it to him. He's going to be amazed at what a sharp knife can contribute to the meal prep. He's getting a big-boy knife for his new adulting!

Slightly bent
The blade is slightly bent. You can't even really notice it until you start sharpening.

It is great for more than just veggies
I just moved and it will take 3 weeks for my stuff to arrive. I ordered this because I wouldn't want to be without it for that long.

Beautiful knife
Already have a matching set of these knives. They are well balanced and remain sharp through a lot of cooking. This was a perfect addition. Wanted this for cutting vegetables and it doesn’t disappoint.
