Q: Gel gone, how do I keep it growing?

Move to a pot. There's instructions on the website for it. Mines still going

Q: How do you prevent the plant from molding?

These beautiful enclosed plants did not survive more than two weeks. Very disappointing.

Q: I just received this and the plant is not attached but is floating. Is this okay?

yes, it will be fine. take something with a small diameter and poke it into the gel. get the rooted part of the plant in to the gel. use the sides of the container to help prop the plant up if need be. mine arrived in similar condition and it survived just fine.
