When I needed to switch sweetened cocoa due to cost, I found this gem. I use it every morning to make my mocha! I find I do not need to use as much as stated on the directions. Love the large size and ease of ordering. Tastes great and is now a staple in my cupboard!

I love the taste and you don't need much! Kinda on the expensive side but...I couldn't get it at my local store so, I didn't have a choice. I use this in my iced coffee mocha, yum! No damage to the container and the expiration date is way ahead in time too ... Quick Shipping!

For the record, I am reviewing: Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Chocolate and Cocoa | 3 lb. | Baking & DessertsIt's okay, just not as chocolaty as I expected. It is more for making hot chocolate than you would get from a pure coco powder. It dissolves in milk easily, but it has that hot coco flavor and not a real chocolate flavor. I bought this to make ice cream, and while it works okay, it is not what I was expecting. I guess I should have read the can better before purchasing. I am not unhappy with it, just not what I was looking for. For the price it's okay.
