I received this item and I had a master plumber install it. That worked great for a while and then it started dripping I had my plumber come back he fixed it the best he could and then it started dripping a couple weeks later. I emailed the company and they suggested a couple of things and sent me a video that did not work so they sent me a whole new faucet. I finally found someone to install it and so far it is working great they stand behind their product.

I ordered these with a certain vision I had in mind when designing my new bathroom remodel. I am a bargain shopper at heart and always will be, but when it comes to certain products, I choose quality over saving money. I saw the price on these and thought they probably wouldn’t meet my expectations at such a low price point. The last faucet I bought three years ago was right at $300 for a single kitchen faucet. So I do love a good faucet. For my bathroom though , I didn’t have to have perfection(like I wanted in my kitchen) but I wanted it to look vintage and of good quality and have a nice color, while mostly sealing and operating well. These met all my expectations I ordered two, they came nicely packaged and undamaged, instructions, and all. The color was nice and not too cheap looking. They were heavy and well made and jot like some of those cheap plastic ones or even lightweight metal ones, which was great. The water comes out perfectly from the faucet and no side spraying or anything. It fit perfectly in our space. I do have one small quam about the pipe size that has to go into this… it’s an odd size so we did have to do some work to make it fit into it perfectly but we made it work and it’s fine. A lot of faucets have an odd size that links up to your plumbing and it’s just not the size that your local hardware store usually carries (as far as pipes go). I did look at the size before buying so I was aware of it in advance but just be sure you always check all the measurements that they so kindly provide for you in the product pictures listed. I bought two of these faucets for a bathroom reno in 2023. By 2025, one of them was spraying water very badly out the top back. I contacted customer service and they quickly sent me a replacement at no cost. They followed up several times to make sure the new faucet worked, which so far it is. The other faucet has a tiny leak out the back, so I may need to replace that one as well eventually. Although the product quality left somethings to be desired, the customer service is top notch and I feel secure in recommending them.

If you are looking for the GOLD color of this faucet - READ THIS FIRST! I wanted a warm yellowish-gold to coordinate with my light fixture. I originally ordered the BRUSHED GOLD finish and it was way off! BRUSHED GOLD is COOLER and has a greenish undertone tint to it (see picture). I contacted the seller and they were gracious to help me resolve the issue. They suggested the ANTIQUE BRASS finish would be a WARMER gold and a much better match with my light fixture. I re-ordered the faucet in ANTIQUE BRASS and it is a perfect warm yellow-golden finish. Note: The picture attached to this review is of the original BRUSHED GOLD FAUCET - NOT THE ANTIQUE BRASS that I re-ordered! In the end, I am very satisfied with the service I received from the seller and the overall look of the faucet!

I got 2 of these a 1.5 yrs ago. But I just finished the bathroom. So the water was turn on for a month. It started leaking on the hot side one month after bathroom was done. Funny thing is I realized I've never even used the hot side!After trying to figure out why I notice. The handle stem was not tight inside! After taking hot side off I realized it's all plaastic inside. So I buy another one. Because I knew the company wouldn't help me after a yr. and a half. I figured I'd just have to replace one side then I'd have an extra encase it leaks in the future.Well, they changed the design now they are entirely plastic except for the decorative part! So I have to replace the entire unit.So now after a few yrs. All these plastic parts are probably going to get brittle and break at some point! Probably 5 years or less.I am so tired of buying junk. I hate even buying anything anymore! It's ridiculous.I also bought a shower unit from this company.And every once in a while it won't shut off!🙄Unbelievable!!!I can't recommend this company!! Thought I was finished with this bathroom looks like I'll be working on it nonstop for years!🙄Quality must be a thing of the past now!!

This is a very nice faucet, I just love the looks! It comes with everything you need and easy to install.

Great faucet and looks beautiful until it starts leaking. Cold and hot leaked. Looked up how to fix it and ordered replacement parts on the Gotonova website ($50). Easy fix. Unfortunately not. The part is supposed to screw off and new one screw back on. Could not get the part separated no matter what I did. Had to buy another faucet. So upset because I love this faucet so much and I spent $50 on parts that I can’t use directly from the Gotonova website. No word from Gotonova at all like all the others.
