I have had a different pulse oximeter from another company for the last year or two. At times, I have been frustrated with it for very reasons. Therefore, I decided to buy a new one from a different company. And I love this one from Ulaif. I generally get a reading after only a few seconds. I have compared readings of my new one to my old one, and the readings are consistent. I am therefore confident in its accuracy. I highly recommend this one.

This little pulse oximeter is a lifesaver! It's so easy to use – just slip your finger in and get an instant reading of your blood oxygen level and heart rate. The display is clear and easy to read, and it comes with everything you need, including a carrying case, batteries, and a lanyard. I feel much more comfortable knowing I can easily monitor my oxygen levels, especially during cold and flu season.

Have all positive things to say about the oximeter itself BUT there are a couple negatives we experienced. There is a lanyard, BUT no way to connect it to the oximeter Grrr! The male part (actual lanyard connector) has no female counterpart to be strung through hole on oximeter. My 1st request to seller for missing part was responded with a reply that they didn't understand my concern & requested a picture. I sent the attached picture & further description. Next reply was , ok, we understand, so just give us your name, address & phone number & we'll ship it from China . . . WHAAAAAAAT? You mean you don't have COMPLETE SETS in USA??? Grrrrr!!!! Now I'm ticked off & not waiting for anything from CHINA! Grrrr!!!!! I HATE that EVERYTHING seems to be from china & not made in the USA, & why we as a country are so lacking in this area. Too bad for me! If it was made in the USA, I would have my part in a few days, OR it would have been packaged with ALL the parts, and no needcto explain my English language!!!! I'm stuck without the use of the lanyard.

I purchased my own for work in the ER because I can never find one that works. It actually picks up Sat on young children! Perfect for home use if this is what you need. It is simple to use- push the button and put it on your finger until you have a good wave form and numbers register.

I bought this item for my personal"jump bag" I've been a"First Responder" for 30+ years and I had to take a (12-15) year break due to being hit by a drunk driver while I was on a call(which happened to be a motor vehicle accident) and was injured pretty bad, and I've been out of the loop for quite some time now and I just started running again and I learned that the ambulances now carry the O2 Sat. And is now conciderd a part of vital signs that you would normally take on every patient that you see.So I decided to get one for my personal jump bag and catch up with the"youngins".In order to recertify I either needed to go through the entire class and road time and then take the Boards, to get my license back, but I decided to challenge the test without going through all of the hassle and had no problems recertifying.This O2 Sat looks very nice, easy to read and understand, and accurate, I took it to my local little Community hospital and tested it against the big top of the line High grade units that are in the Hospital Emergency Departments and it was spot on.Thank you for selling a great product.

The pulse ox doesn't read well and most times gives a false reading, and then makes a horrific sound. I wouldn't use for real patients I have a nother pulse I check with amd the kaesia mobile device to compare, and most times it reads wrong.
