This is my second time ordering, my orders arrive early and package in a way that my sausage is still cold when I receive it. The taste is….I want to say delicious but that’s an understatement this sausage reminds me of the sausage I use to eat from a sausage maker in Louisiana before he went out of business years ago.

VERY, VERY GREASY AND HIGHLY PROCESSED WITH CHEMICAL LIKE FLAVOR. MUST BE VERY WELL CHARRED TO GET RID OF FAT AND EAT. ALSO ,VERY HIGH COST INVOLVED BETWEEN PRICE AND S&H. This is the best smoke sausage I have ever had and I love the caujun sausage hot and spicy in my gumbo I got so many compliments and every one wants to know where I got it from so I will be sharing this recipe with everyone else.
