I bought this resistance tube because I wanted a workout tool that would supplement my free weight and heavy bag workouts without causing more stress on my joints. This tube has worked perfectly for that purpose and I am able to accomplish multiple types of exercises with this.I mainly bought this tube because I cancelled my gym membership as, contrary to the reason I was going, I was getting too lazy to to get to my $10/month gym on days I had preset for myself to go. I decided to instead do workouts I could do strictly at my own house. I already have a pair of dumbbells and a muay thai bag so I started using those exclusively and they're great tools to accomplish my fitness goal of being able to eat more cookies on the weekend without feeling too guilty. However, I was missing out on exercises I used to enjoy at the gym because the machines I used to use were not available to me at my house. In particular, I was missing out on the pulley machines which would give my muscles/joints a rest from having to move those "heavy" weights I was using. Enter the resistance band, a great tool to give those tired muscles/joints a rest while still providing a substantial workout for those days when I feel the need to exercise but don't feel the motivation to use the dumbbells or wander to my garage to hit my bag.I purchased the blue (heavy) band and it has provided me with the perfect amount of resistance for the workouts I use them for. I have short arms so many times I will wrap the band around my wrist and grip it lower, which is double-great because it also makes the exercise that much harder, yay! It's hard to really describe how much actual resistance you're getting and which band is good for you as, well, there's no physical number attached to how much weight it is. However, you should also know that most exercises can be tailored to your fitness level, simply by changing where you grip. Case in point, my wife has also used this same blue band for some exercises I showed her by changing where she grips and altering her stance as well.I am a big believer in resistance band training and love the flexibility it gives you when it comes to the types of exercises you can. Your imagination is truly your only obstacle and if your imagination is not quite as active then there are also tons of helpful sites you can visit to find the perfect workouts for what you are trying to accomplish.I have had no problems with this band and it feels sturdy enough to last for a while. Time will tell and if it decides to snap or fail on me then my review will be updated to document its shortcomings.

Everything arrived as advertised. I unpackaged and started using this product immediately.USE: while using the product takes a little time to figure out, it is generally easy. follow the workout charts they give you. the door attachment is a cool addition and is also generally easy to use, also widens the range of workouts available from the product. this level of resistance is perfect for me being a larger male, on some exercises it is a little weak so make sure you can estimate your strength before ordering. the door attachment can be tricky to install. make sure the door is CLOSED when you install it, otherwise could result in a flying object to the face.PRODUCT: in reading the reviews, some people have had the product break on them within the first several uses. I havent noticed any indication of weakness, seems to be well constructed but i will be looking out for this. MAKE SURE YOU INSTALL THE DOOR ATTACHMENT PROPERLY, if you do, you should have no problem with it flying at you face.OVERALL: satisfied. when you dont have time to go to the gym to do 45 minutes of strength training, this is a great way to sneak in a few sets at home, while you travel, even at the office. its extremely portable, easy to setup, use and its cheap - the ultimate combination!

This Resistance Band, in Very Light (Yellow), has been a real muscle saver for me. I had purchased the Light, Green, at Big Five, but I just wasn't able to make it work. It was very hard for me to pull up on, and the instructions specified not to strain overly hard, so after struggling, and hoping I'd get past my waist and abdominal level without it happening, I ordered the Yellow from Amazon. Wow ! A band I could actually use to get repetitive sets. My shoulder muscles, back, arms, legs, glutes, you name it, all needed work after some elbow and knee injuries, and with this it was Spri to the rescue. I have now moved on to the Green I originally purchased, no problems using it anymore. 💪 And I am ready for the red.I don't have big, huge muscles, but they are noticeably there again now. The Yellow is to make your muscles functionable again, mine were not, I was getting atrophied from deconditioning and trauma to the injured areas; I was so happy and relieved to see my muscles were still there and willing to come back with the Yellow. Biceps, Triceps, flexors, deltoids, pecs, core, legs, etc.And now the Green I'm using has started actually building up these muscles, making them toned and firmer, getting hard, with its light resistance. And giving me very noticeable strength, especially combined with tons of walking, stretching, etc, for increased cardiovascular capacity, as well as the muscle definition and strength I want back.So now, next, I'm ready to begin building up with the Red, which I expect might take me some time. But it's worth all the burn and out of breath sessions I put myself through. And I'm already looking forward to the Blue.Note: I have also been using the miraculous Spri Ultra Toner----started with Yellow, using Green now, getting Red. Also the amazing LexLoop, in Yellow, for legs, glutes, hips, and a tighter abdominal, area---getting Green.And now I am also going back to free weights. Couldn't use mine anymore before these bands. Bravo Spri ! 👏
