Sun2Solar covers are top notch products. They are cheaper than the pool store and last as long or longer. When I ordered a new cover to replace my old one and it came with a manufacturing defect, they were quick to ship a replacement out. As far as the cover goes, it raises my pool by 10 degrees. I'm in Wisconsin and with limited heating I can have a 90 degree pool.

In the past I have used solar covers that are the traditional blue and was curious to what the difference would be between blue and clear. In my opinion the clear heats up the water to a deeper level than the blue. The blue heats the top few inches and when you get in water mixes up and water below gets warm. The clear does not get the top inches as warm as the blue but heats the water at a deeper level with the overall effect of warmer water.The dimensions were perfect and I did not need to trim. The thickness of the cover is excellent and and will do a grea job and will last many seasons of use. I live in New Mexico and being at such a high elevation we have high UV rays and see a quicker deterioration of plastics exposed to the sun. In the past I have had solar covers of varying quality and have had some that break down and plastic pieces get in the water and in your filters and cause expensive repairs and extra maintenance. This cover is such superior quality that I can just tell from experience that it will last a long time and will be able to use year after year. Yes there are cheaper options but they are inferior in not just materials but function as well. So anyone debating if they should spend a bit more on this brand I highly recommend paying the extra because the quality is so much superior it will save you money in the long run. This is one item that you don't want to skimp on.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:a big hassle to put on and off and still trying to come up with a better way to improve my cover reel. . However it is for sure worth the hassle as it definitely helps the pool temp. seems good quality time will tell. when this one starts to fail i will definitely buy another. also it does help keep the pool cleaner until i remove it then all the crap from the cover falls in the pool.

When this cover arrived we immediately put it on our 16’ round pool. The thickness is perfect, it is thick enough to not tear easily. However it is easy to move around and adjust on the pool because it floats on top. Now since I just got it I can’t write a review on the temp control or change. But I will soon.

I bought 12 ft for a 12 ft pool. Perfect fit. Came on time. Works great, but I do live where it’s hot. Might not work as well in a deeper pool where it’s colder. I am pleased with my purchase. This is my second one. Wind didn’t pick that one up nor was it sun damaged, but it did not hold up to a large playful dog.

Very nice. I have a 18 ft pool. Order a 18 foot solar blanket. It was bigger than my pool. Had to cut some off. But it heat up the water great.

High quality solar cover. Easy to install and remove. This 1200 mid weight is perfect. Heats pool fast and keeps temperature warm overnight. Did not blow off pool when windy. Highly recommend this one
