This is life saving. For some reason I don’t sleep deep that much and sometimes wake up at midnight at least 2 or 3 times to go to the bathroom. These are AMAZING! I have such a deep sleep and I feel sooooo rested the other day and it doesn’t make me feel drousy or tired. It has a pretty strong taste tho

These were my go to until I took them for to long and they stopped working. I changed to another brand but I will go back to these. They don’t taste like medicine but wish they tasted better.

It is a good blend helped me go to sleep with lil to no drowsiness the next day. These are a more expensive, so I order a different brand to see comparison in brand. I know ZZZ quilt is a common brand, but happy they are having more botanical and healthier products.

States dosage is 2 gummies I'm 74 and those gummies hit me like a ton of bricks..I literally could not keep my eyes open..They practically melt in your mouth. I did not wake up for 8 hrs..next I will try just one gummy.
