Still going strong 2 plus year
I purchased this phone over two years ago (as a repaired unit), and it’s still my daily driver today. The performance is excellent, with a high processing speed that handles everyday tasks effortlessly. The cooling system works great, and the durability is impressive—it’s held up incredibly well over time. The camera is decent, though understandably not on par with newer-generation phones. I do plan to upgrade to the S25 Ultra someday, but for now, this phone has been a lifesaver. The screen quality is still solid even after 3–4 years, and as a Samsung Note, the functionality and features speak for themselves. The only issue I’ve noticed is that the back recently started to come loose. That might be due to prolonged use of a case where I stored a card and frequently removed it, causing stress on the back panel. Still, for a repaired phone, it’s been absolutely awesome. Highly recommended if you're looking for reliability and long-term use.

Still an amazing phone even in 2024 going into 2025
I bought this phone about 10 months ago in excellent condition and it's my first galaxy note phone and it's by far the best phone ive ever owned. Came with no scratches or dings or defects of any kind other than if you press on the camera lens a lil it made a slight popping sound which wasn't a problem i mean who tf goes around pressing on their camera all day.I used it alot for gaming, a lil mobile gaming but mostly xbox cloud gaming with a ps4 controller with no problems. Been playing cod bo6 and forza horizon 5 on it mostly.Unfortunately i ran my phone over with a forklift about a month ago n broke my screen, i just did an insurance claim n got reimbursed n decided to upgrade to a note 20 ultra since it's the same price as this was when i originally bought it. I originally bought it for $356 before tax n it was worth every penny, i think it's going for $250 rn u can't beat that.BUT MAKE SURE YOU GET A VERY DURABLE CASE. The screen can hold up to alot but the back cover is pretty weak glass. I put it in a case when i bought it and i switched carriers like 3 weeks later i pulled the phone out of the case to change the sim and the back glass had several giant cracks n i don't even know how i did it i was still babying the phone at the time.Speaking of carriers i used this phone with straight talk and spectrum mobile with no problems. The screen has a bright beautiful picture and the colors are really vibrant. The phone feels solid and the all glass design has a pleasant feel to it. I liked having it out of the case but its glass and i know how i am with phones so i kept it in a case all the time. There's so many features to this phone i was still learning some all the time n i don't feellike listing them all but the one i learned today from the phone repair lady is that even though my screens broke n the touch doesnt work i can still control the phone n do everything like normal using the spen. That would've been great to know ive been controlling it with a ps4 controller for a monthHopefully the note 20 ultra is an upgrade and doesn't feel like a downgrade otherwise I'm coming back to the note 10+

Great phone for the price!
First one I bought was sold as "like new" refurbished. Outside it looked like new but sound quality of phone was distorted and staticky unless the headphones were connected. Contacted seller and they exchanged it with a different phone with no issues. I had a replacement in 2 days. I have no complaints with the replacement. It looks and performs like a brand new phone. The screen is super touchy but once I put a case on it that took care of that issue. I'm not one that needs the latest version or a super expensive phone so this one was perfect for what I paid for it. It was unlocked and compatible with Cricket Wirelss so all I had to do was swap out the SIM card from my old phone and I was up and running. Lots of storage and I LOVE the stylus that comes with it...it does some really cool things! Would highly recommend to anyone who just wants a decent phone without an outrageous price tag.

Beautiful phone
I absolutely love the holographic/reflective back, doesn't have a scratch anywhere on it. The storage capacity is nice, the camera quality is awesome but the s pen doesn't connect. It doesn't have a whole lot of customizable settings but it's a pretty phone with good storage and nice graphics.

Bad screen / long tiring return process
This phone is great. I bought one came amazing. Still using it as I'm typing this. Bought another for my bf and it came with black dots on the screen. (Dead spots) they didn't make it easy to return and I don't have a car. Had to take ubers to even go to the return place. Then took about a month and a half to refund me the credits. So bf was with no phone for a whole month and a half because his broke hence why I ordered this to be here in 3 days lol then they tell me to get a refund I must return the broken phone first. Would be fine if I now wasn't 270 dollars down until a month and a half so to get a new phone for the mean time would've been crazy and a waste of money. Nobody will steal a broken phone. Even version gives you a lender when they mess up. That's insane they expect you to have no phone nor ur money back in a timely manner lmao. Rude customer service as well. Not a discount or even a thank you for previously buying a phone from them and giving a nice review.
