There is no separate amp limit on each of the individual c-13 connections in the bank. Each bank has 16A of overload protection, and the total unit is rated for 30A (derated to 24A). So you are able to run your 2400w psu off of the c-13.

Q: I dont understand, it says 230v, can i connect 240v devices into this pdu?

I believe description of PDU says 208-230v, so typically you should stay within the rating. Same being said of devices you are connecting. If you are connecting to a 230v power feed any device connected will only pull 230V through pdu because that is all that is being pushed through. For instance if you are connecting a PSU that is rated for 240V to the PDU that is being fed by a 230V line, the PSU will only draw 230V. You should check what your device wants to run and make sure you can supply enough power to keep it running happy. This is not advise, but when I bought this PDU my research indicated it could handle up to 250V+ I haven't had a problem supplying it with a line that ranges 247-252V. Depends on how much power the the power company wants to push.

Q: Is it safe to run an 11,000 btu 6a air conditioner thru the c19 connections on this unit ?

Yes you can run this system through the c19 connection. c19 connections are rated at 16amp, so you are under the threshold of the connector as well as the threshold of the PDU it's self.

Yes, I use it on a 240V. it has a L6-30 plug
