I have bought this brand a few different times, and each time I really enjoyed the energy they gave me through out the day. But it feels more like a natural energy (if that makes sense). It wasn't like being loaded up on caffeine it was more of a gentle "Hey I want to get up and go for a walk" but also not having a sluggish afterburn like caffeine. They also helped with some weight loss, nothing major, but if you are someone who hits the gym and does the cardio this will definitely help you achieve results a little faster. All in all it's a great product. I'm just one of those people that gets to the end of the bottle and realizes I have to order it online and wait vs going to the store, but I keep coming back to it.

I work with the public in a fast-paced environment for 10 hours a day, 5-6 days a week. Like many, I have hypothyroidism and take Rx for it. hypothyroidism causes cold hands & feet, constipation, relentless hunger + big appetite, weight gain, extreme fatigue and bouts of depression. The Levothroxine doesn’t help my hypothyroidism. For me, this product does everything the Rx should do. I only take one a day in the a.m. with breakfast and it does the trick to keep me going naturally for about 10-12 hours. I don’t take any in the afternoon so as not to allow me to sleep. Just the energy alone during the day has made me feel like a human being again, plus all that movement warms me up a bit! I noticed into day 3 that my appetite subsided. I will continue on with this product to see what the long term effect is.

I just finished my first bottle and so far I like it. I haven't seen any increase in energy and I haven't lost weight, but I did notice two positive results and I'm going to keep taking it. First, some background--I have been told numerous times that my thyroid levels are "low but within normal range". My blood sugar is normal. My body temperature is always 1-2 degrees below normal. Lastly, my weight is where it should be--I don't need to lose any weight so it's actually fine that I haven't.However, I am always starving. I probably spend at most 3 or 4 waking hours a day not feeling like I am going to die of starvation and I can't sleep at night if I don't eat a full meal 30 minutes before I go to bed. I have to weigh myself daily to make sure I am not gaining any weight because it's the only way I can tell if I'm eating too much. I can gain 2 or 3 pounds a week if I eat enough to not feel constantly hungry. I have in the past weighed more than 30 pounds over my ideal weight, trying to find that "magic" weight my body wants to be at. Maybe there is one for me but it sure isn't before obesity! I do exercise and it just makes me want to eat even more.After a month of taking this supplement, here's what I noticed: 1. my body temperature has been higher in the last few weeks, and 2. oh my goodness I am not always starving!! I feel like my appetite is actually normal, possibly for the first time in my life, and I have been able to eat the amount I want to not be abnormally hungry, without gaining weight. And these effects started within the first week. It has been so amazing the last three weeks to just feel like I'm eating normally. I can even go to bed a little hungry and it doesn't keep me awake. Soo.. no increase in energy, which is disappointing...but you can't make me stop taking it!

I've used this product for months and it helps me so much. My erratic thyroid numbers have finally stabelized and I have a definite increase in energy.My homeopathic Dr recommend trying a thyroid supplement after having tried a few prescription thyroid medications and having adverse reactions.I tried a couple of the "cheaper brands" that my local health food store supplies but had no reaction to them, good or bad. I refrained from purchasing this brand, or maybe a brand that has a similar name and similar packaging...I didn't pay 100% attention to the details now that I'm considering it, but I decided not to purchase it considering the bottle cost $37 for 60 pills.After finding this product on Amazon for half the price I purchased a bottle and have been purchasing them regularly for a few months now. I definitely feel an increase of energy after taking a pill in the morning and I've noticed that I'm loosing weight easier. Not like, drastically, but about 2 extra lbs a month. It could be because I do more since I have an increase of energy. The best result is that my thyroid numbers have stabelized! I was being tested every 2-4 weeks for months with readings that ranged from "perfectly fine" to "definitely hypothyroidism" but like I mentioned, I didn't react well to the medications and after over a year of feeling horrible my DR didn't feel safe having me try anything else. I went 3 years with absolutely no treatment before I went to see a homeopathic Dr. And now I'm here, a year later, with "perfectly fine numbers" and only require testing yearly!I do want to mention that I can only take 1 pill daily, not the recommended 2 pills daily. I have some stomach issues if I take 2 a day, even if I separate them into different times of day. My DR believes it's because I'm so sensitive to everything that goes in my body, which is also why I had so many problems with prescription medications and can't take ANY and even have to be careful with things like Midol.Soooooo, if you can't or don't want to take prescription thyroid medication then definitely give this a try!Hope this helped.
