This product has reduced my night sweats & mood swings from being perimenopausal from a hysterectomy. It was recommended by the nurse practitioner at my gynecologist since I cannot take estrogen replacement.

The first time I got this medicine was at my doctor's office and I just didn't want to drive an hour just to get this. The bottle looks the same but the expiration date was scratched off could've been a mistake but just seems fishy. I have severe PCOS. I do not have high blood sugar so taking Metformin did not sit well with me. It made me sick all the time.
