My doctor recommended I increase my vitamin intake target ranges to 5000 IU Vitamin D, 1000 Vitamin C, and 50 mcg zinc due to low immune system response and low Vitamin D levels on routine labs. I love these supplements, with the prices today when you can get multiple supplements in 1 for the price of one, that's a good deal for sure. I've been buying these for a couple of years and it saves me tons of money getting full strength on each supplement in one pill. And these are all the supplements bundled into one that you read about that help me stay healthy at 65.

I bought these because they are filled with 8 healthy ingredients all in one supplement that are in a capsule and easy to swallow. I have a cold right now so I was looking for something to help boost my immune system and it's day 3 and so far I can't tell of its effectiveness. I take these with a meal because that's what is recommended and I don't have too much discomfort tummy wise. There is no taste to them. I will have to update you when I've taken them for a couple of weeks to let you know if I notice any difference.

No complaints. Just as expected.Will order more when needed.
