You got to try these if you haven't before
So I have been taking another multivitamin One A Day pill for women over 50 and never really felt like I got anything out of it. But I didn't know I wasn't getting anything out of it until I took this vitamin!My daughter had told me that the vitamins I was taking were not good for me because they were not methylated. So here I am with this first jar.Simply amazing! I can totally feel a difference. I feel energized. I'm awake during the day. It's just a total different feeling and I love it!Now I will tell you that I am bipolar and I told my psychiatrist about these vitamins today and he told me to keep an eye on my mood in case I happen to go manic with these vitamins.If you've never tried methylated vitamins before, you should really give these a try. I take two in the morning simply because I would be taking the second one at night before I go to bed and that's uneventful for me.
